SHIPPING

We aim for all orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday to be dispatch on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm Monday-Friday, or on weekends or bank holidays, will be dispatched the following working day.

UK orders will be delivered by our courier DPD, who will send you a text and/or an email confirming your one hour delivery window. If you’re not going to be in at that time, you can request that your parcel is either left with a neighbour, amend to a more convenient day or arrange to collect your parcel from your local collection point. Deliveries will be made 1-3 days after your order has been received.

UK RETURNS - full price items

You can return or exchange any items from your order for up to 14 days from the date it arrives with you. Simply contact us at

with details of the items you’d like to return and we will send you an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) number. and a pre paid returns label via email. Place the label on the outside of your parcel and drop it off to your local DPD collection point where you will be given proof of postage for your records. The customer is responsible for the safe return of all goods, so please ensure your parcel is packaged safely and that you retain proof of postage for your shipment. We cannot be responsible for any items which do not reach us.

We are happy to accept returns against any unworn and unwashed items returned in the same condition as you received them. Please keep any tags or hygiene strips attached.

We aim to process all returns within 24 hours of receipt and your refund will be with you within 14 days. Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded.

 

UK RETURNS - sales items

Sales items, denoted by having a discount of 40% or more from retail price, are covered by the same rights as full price items, with exception that the customer is responsible for covering all postage relating to the returned parcel. We will provide you a return address when the return is requested. The customer is responsible for the safe return of all goods, so please ensure your parcel is packaged safely and that you retain proof of postage for your shipment. We cannot be responsible for any items which do not reach us.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

Our international customers also benefit from our 14 day returns policy. Simply contact us at

If you are using a courier service, please be sure to state 'Goods not suitable - being returned to UK' on your shipping documents. Please note, we are unable to offer exchanges for international customers, only refunds. If an alternative size, colour or item is required, you will need to place a new order.
